Your Birth, Your Way
For the woman giving birth
A course that helps you understand your body, your options and your instincts — so birth becomes something you move through with trust rather than fear. It runs over two days: the first on pregnancy and birth, the second on postpartum. Come to one, or come to both. However your birth unfolds, you'll know it's yours.
Being The Support Team
For partners & support people
Birth can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming when you're the one standing beside her. A short, practical session that shows you how to advocate, comfort and stay grounded — at home, in hospital, or wherever birth happens. You'll leave knowing what to do with your hands, your voice and your calm.
Can't make it in person? You can still access our resources online.
Every course can be joined online from anywhere, and comes with online resources you can return to whenever you need them — the same warmth and depth, wherever you are.

Not everyone wants a classroom. Our 1-to-1 sessions take everything from the courses and shape it around your pregnancy, your questions and your plans — at your pace, in person in Sydney or online.
This is personalised education and preparation, not doula support — we help you get ready for your birth rather than attend it.
