Ready For Birth provides prenatal, birth and postpartum education and support in Sydney and online. This placeholder policy explains, in plain language, how we would handle the information you share with us.

We collect the details you give us directly — your name, email, and anything you tell us in an enquiry or booking. We do not ask for or store clinical or medical records. This is placeholder copy to be reviewed by your legal adviser.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange courses and 1-on-1 support, send booking confirmations and enrolment emails, and issue invoices. We will never sell your information to third parties.
Email communications
When you book a course or are enrolled, we send transactional emails such as confirmations, enrolment details and invoices. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
Storing and protecting your data
Your information is stored securely in Australia and kept only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our record-keeping obligations. Placeholder language — final retention periods should be confirmed.
